Introduction
A Legacy of Healing & Education
The College was established in the year 1984 by Lokmanya Medical Foundation. It was started with an admission capacity of 50 students and offered a Diploma Course (DHMS). In 1989, the Diploma Course was upgraded to BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery), and the college was affiliated with the University of Pune. In 1998, the college got affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, with an admission capacity of 100 students. This college is recognized by the Maharashtra Government, the Central Council of Homoeopathy (New Delhi), and MUHS Nashik. During these years, students gained clinical knowledge and competency by attending multi-specialty hospitals run by Lokmanya Medical Foundation.

In the year 2012, the college was taken over by Late Shree Fakirbhai Pansare Education Foundation under the guidance of Shri Azambhai Pansare . The foundation’s team consists of young, energetic, and dynamic persons dedicated to the betterment of the students. Various plans and policies have been developed by the new management for the academic and clinical development of the college.
Clinical Exposure and Hospital Affiliations
The college runs a 25-bedded Homoeopathic Hospital where students are taught the application of Homoeopathic principles in practice. The students are also posted in Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital, Pimpri , where they are exposed to the clinical part of medical practice.
